The Walksnail Avatar HD kit V2 is a combination of camera, video transmitter and antenna for the Walksnail Avatar digital system. Walksnail Avatar enables video transmission in full HD (1080p) or HD (720p) quality with a low latency of even 22ms and a high refresh rate of 60/120fps and a data throughput of 25/50mbps. The Walksnail Avatar system supports the so-called Canvas mode, in which a classic full-scale OSD can be drawn into the image, as you are used to from the analog world.

The transmitter module of the second version uses one LHCP antenna connected via the u.FL connector. The transmitter has a larger internal memory of 32 GB, to which it is possible to record images from the camera. In addition to the image, the camera also records data from the gyro, thanks to which the image can be easily stabilized in Gyroflow. For easy installation in the copter, the video transmitter has holes with a spacing of 25.5x25.5mm and 20x20mm M2. The camera is the size of a Micro. It is connected to the video transmitter by a 14 cm long cable. The aspect ratio is switchable 4:3/16:9. The lens is used M12 2.1mm.

It uses a different camera for the PRO variant. It excels mainly thanks to the large 1/1.8" Sony Starvis II sensor, which is suitable for flying at night and in poor light conditions.

The video transmitter can be powered by a voltage of 6-25V (2-6S). When feeding directly from 6S batteries, a capacitor of at least 470uF/50V must be used at the input.
