Description

The FXT Viper V2 FPV Goggles, with diversity, built-in DVR, HD-IN, and integrated refractor. Works with glasses! Updated to version 2 with many refinements to the software.

Detailed Information

The FXT Viper FPV goggles represent the next iteration in FPV box goggle design. Featuring an integrated refactor (uses mirrors to reflect the FPV screen to your eyes) give you two advantages. The first is that the centre of gravity can be closer to your head making the goggles more comfortable to wear. But the second advantage reduces the amount of eye strain since the refraction system reduces the amount of eye strain that you would typically get with other FPV goggles.

Another stand out feature of the FXT Viper goggles is that they can truly be worn with glasses. The soft rubber face-plate allow it to curve around your glasses, something not always possible with FPV goggles An extra bonus is that the screen is just a fully featured FPV monitor so you can take it out of the goggle unit and use is just like any other FPV monitor.

Otherwise the goggles pack in all the features you would expect from a modern set of FPV goggle, including Diversity, and a built-in DVR to record your FPV antics. The Viper goggles are lightweight for box goggles and also feature HDMI input so you can use them on your favourite FPV simulator.

Whats new with V2 Firmware

How to power your FXT Viper

The Viper FPV goggles do not include any batteries.  However the goggles support a huge input voltage range from 7-28V.  You can use any fatshark style battery, or a lipo battery with an XT60 connector as both adapters are included.  The battery fits in the pocket at the back of the head strap to help balance the goggles as you are wearing them.

Suggested Antenna Upgrades

The stock antennas includes will work fine, but its highly reccomended to include some upgraded antennas for better reception:
